Designed for speed, flexibility and ease of use, this cutting-edge assay empowers researchers to make confident, early decisions on lead clones—accelerating the clone selection process and streamlining development timelines.

Combining the reliability of standard methods with enhanced efficiency, this assay delivers high accuracy and precision without compromising on simplicity. Its broad binding properties and increased signal stability support seamless integration and automation across diverse workflows, making it the ideal solution for modern biologics development.

Assay Features

valita titer gen III
  • New functional range from 0.5 – 100 mg/L*

  • Excellent correlation (R2 < 0.99) with established methods such as HPLC and BLI

  • Increased accuracy, with >96% accuracy and <1.2% relative standard deviation (RSD)

  • Binding Human IgG 1,2,4 and rabbit IgG, Fc-fusion proteins, and bispecific antibodies

  • Excellent signal stability up to 55 mins

Excellent correlation with established methods such as HPLC and BLI, even below 20 mg/L IgG titer

When comparing the Valita Titer Gen III assay with other standard methods to assess IgG titer, such as bio-layer interferometry (BLI) or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a protein A column, the resulting data indicated a high correlation of R2 > 0.998.  This correlation confirms the high reliability of the Gen III assay when analyzing IgG titer.

Especially in low titer ranges  < 20 mg/L, the Valita Titer Gen III assay shows its high resolution capability with a range of 0.5-100 mg/L. This lets you implement titer quantification early in your clone screening process*.

Increased accuracy for IgG quantification

This new assay provides high accuracy when measuring IgG titer in your samples. With over 96% accuracy it can predict IgG concentration when you measure samples of known concentration. The low standard deviation and coefficient of variation (2.1%) indicate high precision and low variation between measured sample concentrations.

Average recovery = 98.9 %, average standard deviation = 0.29 mg/L and average %CV = 2.1 across the entire range.

Versatile detection from human and rabbit IgG to bispecific and Fc-fusion proteins

The Valita Titer Gen III assay probe can detect and quantify standard IgG from human or rabbit species as well as bispecific antibodies (bsAb) through Fc-specific binding. It ensures robust performance with Fc-fusion proteins across a wide range of molecular sizes.
