The CellMek SPS system can streamline complex cellular workflows and deliver automated sample preparation with unmatched consistency.

The Prep Reagents Module supports a removable carousel which holds prep reagents and counting beads to provide a true load-and-go experience for protocols such as:

  • Lyse-wash
  • Lyse-wash-lyse
  • Lyse-no-wash
  • Cell-counting applications

Adapter types:
  1. VersaLyse, OptiLyse C and Custom-Defined Reagent
  2. IMMUNOPREP

All prep and counting bead reagents are barcoded to track remaining volumes and expiration dates. To optimize reagent efficiency, adapters are positioned at a slight angle, minimizing dead volume and ensuring precise sample processing.

Onboard liquid counting beads

The CellMek SPS instrument can add counting beads, such as Flow-Count Fluorospheres, for cell counting applications.

  • 4 counting bead holder
  • Counting beads can stay on the system for 8 hours
