What methods can be used for quantification of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) isolated using Apostle MiniMax™?

Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer with high sensitivity DNA kit (detection limit 5 pg/μL), or quantitative PCR (detection limit 1%-0.1% copy sensitivity) are sensitive and accurate methods for cfDNA quantification. Fluorometric measurement like Qubit or PicoGreen® can be used for rough measurement of cfDNA concentration.
